Our Legacy
Duquaine Development, a prominent multi-family development company, has a rich history dating back to 1986 when Keith Duquaine, the Founder and President, began his journey in the construction industry by building duplexes. The company's remarkable growth led to the formal establishment of Duquaine Development in 1992, marking the transition to constructing multi-family apartment buildings. Duquaine Development began constructing 16 units annually, and through dedication and commitment of our team, we currently construct more than 500 units per year.
